High frequency vibration screening equipment is a kind of equipment for dehydration and classification of materials with high frequency and low amplitude. It has high vibration intensity/high frequency/light weight/stable operation/large volume handling capacity, and is suitable for classification dehydration of fine coal and slime recovery. Two motors are used to drive two vibrators through the belt coupling for synchronous reverse operation. The centrifugal force generated by the two eccentric blocks is always offset along the vibration direction, so as to form a single exciting force along the vibration direction. The screen box and the horizontal plane vibrate in a reciprocating linear direction of 50 degrees. Under the action of the exciting force, the material is continuously tilted upward on the screen surface. Under the high vibration intensity, the collision between the material thrown up and the screen surface destroys the surface tension of the external water film of particles, so as to achieve the purpose of solid-liquid separation.
High frequency linear vibrating screen is driven by double vibrating motors. When two vibrating motors rotate synchronously and reversely, the exciting forces generated by their eccentric blocks offset each other in the direction parallel to the motor axis, and are overlapped into a resultant force in the direction perpendicular to the motor axis. Therefore, the motion track of the screen machine is a straight line. The two motor shafts have an inclination angle relative to the screen surface. Under the combined force of exciting force and material gravity, the material is thrown up on the screen surface to jump forward in a straight line, so as to achieve the purpose of screening and grading materials.
High frequency vibrating screen has no sealing configuration, but it has a wide screening range, which can be used for screening particles and powders, as well as filtering and dehydration of viscous materials such as mud, paint, coal slurry, etc., with low noise, high efficiency and low energy consumption.
