1. The impact on materials is increased. The total weight of the improved structure changes little, and the effective wear amount reaches 16 kg. One set of hammers after improvement is equivalent to two sets before improvement, reducing the use cost.
3. The discharging particle size is reduced and the unit hour output is increased. After improvement, the length from the suspension hole to the end of the hammer head is from 350 mm to 360 mm, the rotary diameter is about 1250 to 1270 mm, and the gap between the hammer head and the shell plate of the hammer crusher is reduced from 25 mm to 15 mm. Therefore, the discharge particle size can be changed from the original powder of less than 20 mm, 25%, to 8-10 mm, 60%, which greatly improves the crushing effect of the crusher, thus increasing the output per hour.
4. The grinding effect is improved. After the secondary crushing of limestone and other materials, the energy consumption and efficiency shall be studied. The crushing efficiency is higher than the grinding efficiency, and the power consumption is small. Therefore, it is required and hoped that more limestone will be broken and less ground. The discharging particle size is 8-10mm, 60% of the powder, greatly improving the production effect of the powder machine. The output is increased from 12 tons per hour to 16 tons per hour, reducing the production cost of raw meal.
