EUROGAMMA locomotive lifting system gear reducer

Motovario reducer has been serving the railway industry through cooperation with Eurogamma. Eurogamma has been engaged in the design and manufacture of mobile lifting columns for various rail transit systems (designed jointly with its end customers) since 1982. Eurogamma structure has a load capacity of 5 tons to 50 tons: it manages upward and downward movement through gear reducer to achieve load lifting. The efficiency of the gear reducer ensures the continuity of movement and the reliability of the whole system. Each lifting column is independently controlled to achieve correct and safe load power output.
Eurogamma specially uses two Motovario products: NMRV-P090 and NMRV-P worm gear reducers and B083 and B103 spiral bevel gear reducers installed in cast iron shells. Both products are installed in independent electromechanical mobile tower type elevators. The rigidity of the structure and the worm gear screw ensures the durability and reliability of the mechanism. It is precisely located in the moving link, and is composed of a worm gear and a screw connected to the mother screw transmission mechanism. The reducer in the transmission mechanism is directly connected to the lifting screw shaft and the brake motor through splines. The whole transmission is highly efficient and irreversible.
