Maintenance method of vibrating screen motor

The vibrating screen motor is an exciting source that combines the power source with the vibration source. It is a vertical motor as the exciting force. Eccentric weights are installed at the upper and lower ends of the motor to transform the rotating motion of the motor into the exciting force generated by the horizontal, vertical and inclined three-dimensional motion. The vibrating motor has the advantages of high utilization rate of exciting force, low energy consumption, low noise and long service life. The exciting force of the vibration motor can be adjusted steplessly, which is convenient to use. The vibration motor will have various problems after being used for a period of time. We need to carry out maintenance from the following three aspects:
1. Shutdown inspection: check whether there is water, oil and other liquid dirt around the vibrating screen motor. The purpose is to prevent water, oil and other dirt from infiltrating into the vibration motor, causing short circuit of the vibration motor and burning. Before equipment operation, knock the anchor screws of the vibration motor with a wooden rod to see if they are loose. If they are not fastened in time, the anchor of the vibration motor will be broken and the casing will be scrapped.
2. Startup inspection: during operation, check whether the vibration motor rotates normally and whether there is abnormal noise, vibration and special smell. In case of any abnormality, stop the shale shaker immediately. Abnormal rotation of the vibrating screen motor may affect the normal heat dissipation of the vibrating motor, and it is very likely that the vibrating motor will burn the motor. Then check the protective cover, eccentric bolt and end cover screws to prevent looseness.
3. Temperature control inspection: use temperature measuring equipment to measure the temperature of the motor casing, end cover and cable of the vibrating screen. The temperature rise of the vibrating motor depends on the ambient temperature. The temperature rise is calculated by adding 40 degrees to the ambient temperature at that time. If the temperature is too high, check whether the bearing is lack of oil, whether the voltage of the vibration motor is too high, whether the cable joints are loose, whether the cable wires match, and whether the position of the eccentric block changes.
Reasonable use and diligent inspection can better play the role of the shale shaker motor and extend the service life of the shale shaker motor.
