At the beginning of 2022, Lingong Mine won the bid for Daye Nonferrous Tunneling Drilling Vehicle Project, including three-year maintenance service. Since April, the mining area has successively introduced a number of hydraulic tunneling rigs UD391 for temporary mines to replace the traditional manual drilling operation.
The labor cost of underground excavation and mining operation is high, the work is difficult, the efficiency is low, and the safety is poor. The outstanding drilling quality, performance and operation comfort of temporary mining equipment are fully reflected in the process of underground excavation.
"Compared with manual drilling, the efficiency of UD391 roadheader has been improved by 60%~70%. A working face can be completed in two and a half hours, with only two people per shift, which can save 6~8 people." Mr. Wang, the operator of the mining area, highly recognized the temporary mining equipment. "The promotion and use of UD391, which effectively alleviates the underground employment problems, reduces safety risks and reduces labor intensity, is an important measure of" mechanized replacement "in the mining area."
While saving manpower, UD391 is equipped with FOPS&ROPS certified safe driving canopy, which provides a safer working environment for operators. In order to facilitate operators to understand the operation status of the drilling rig, UD391 is equipped with a production management system, which has the functions of drilling quantity statistics, drilling depth statistics, engine operation data, production data calculation, etc., to provide users with reliable and efficient performance guarantee.
Fine deployment and training first
The uneven degree of service specialization of underground trackless equipment has always been a pain point in the industry. In this regard, Lingong Mine closely focuses on the post market service management mode of "service localization", establishes and cultivates multiple regional service centers, comprehensively implements the "four good" services, and provides customers with one-stop solutions for product experience, user training, maintenance and guarantee, and original spare parts.
From March 2022, before the equipment arrives at the site, Lingong Mine will give 21 front-line operators in the mining area a preliminary technical guidance combining theory and practice for more than 40 days, and carry out special training on the hydraulic system, electrical system, transmission system, equipment maintenance and fault diagnosis, disassembly and assembly of key parts such as engine and drive axle, and actual operation such as vehicle driving. Through regular and institutionalized training, the theoretical level and practical ability of front-line operators have been improved, the awareness of safe operation has been further strengthened, and strong support has been provided for the scientific use of temporary mining equipment.
