The equipment makes use of the track sine wave generated by the circular motion of the diamond roller, and the disturbance principle of the sine wave, so that the material layer on the grate (screen) is disturbed loosely. The circular roller and diamond roller are organically combined to form a screen grate to screen the materials. The embedded scraper is installed under each roller, which can remove the entanglements and adhesions stuck to the disc, so as to keep the screen hole smooth. The screen body is composed of two or more stages of circular rollers with inclined angles and diamond shaped roller screen plates. The coal flow moves along the inclined screen body, so that the coal flow is evenly distributed on the screen plate, which is conducive to screening and avoids the occurrence of coal blockage, coal accumulation and hole blockage. Under the same screening area, the screening efficiency of the sine screen is 40%~50% higher than that of other screening equipment. It has the characteristics of large processing capacity, high screening rate and no vibration during operation. It can screen materials containing any moisture and viscosity without sticking, blocking, jamming and noise.
Composite sine screen is an ideal screening equipment for solid materials in coal, power, metallurgy, cement, mining and other departments, especially suitable for dry classification of coal in coal mines, coal washing plants and thermal power plants.
